CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE under the agreement concluded with Carlson Ventures International Limited (CVI), being the sole investor of Carlson ASI Evig Alfa Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., is entitled to receive up to 30% of the profit on this investment as realised by CVI through Carlson ASI Evig Alfa Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.
