He has a long experience of political and governmental responsibilities. He has served as very close advisor to high level French leaders, such as President Nicolas Sarkozy, Prime minister Lionel Jospin and Minister of European and Foreign Affairs Bernard Kouchner. Graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. He also earned a degree in Swahili from the National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations.
