Born in Poland and raised in Northern Germany where he received his education and subsequently moved on to Switzerland to eventually start his career in finance Pawel has been always deeply unconventional and never reluctant to challenge the status quo to redefine boundaries and get out of the comfort zone. Those natural attributes have lead him inevitably to the venture capital industry. After spending a decade in New York and London working for various hedge funds and private equity firms he started investing himself across different industries that included health care, entertainment, and technology among others. Pawel has a vast network across the globe in different industries. His greatest passion is “people” and establishing meaningful and sustainable relationships in order to grow together and reach new horizons. He always believed that the future belongs to those who have the vision to shape it.
