He has many years of experience in venture capital fund management, company valuation, capital raising and implementation of subsequent investment rounds, planning and organizing R&D work, analysis and commercialization of innovative solutions, technology transfer from the university environment to the market and investments in spin-off companies. He was responsible for the implementation of several dozen multi-million investments in entities at an early stage of development in such areas as ICT, IoT, Medtech, CleanTech and Fintech. His previous activities on the investment market allowed him to gain extensive contacts in the financial sector, startup environment and the world of science and to learn about the needs of research teams. He also has a wide network of contacts among investors from leading US and European funds. In addition, on an ongoing basis he cooperates with the best national funds: Garvest, Augereventure, Inovo, WSI Capital, 21 Concordia, Experior Venture Fund, W Investments. He is a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics.  He is fluent in English.
