YEAR 2020

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer, by Resolution No. 5/2020 of 2 September 2020 on the distribution of the Company’s profit for 2019, decided to allocate a part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 55,402.16, i.e. PLN 0.02 per share, to the payment of dividends to shareholders.

The resolution states that the dividend date has been set for 14 September 2020.

The dividend payment date was set for 23 September 2020.
