Silvia joined Carlson Supervisory Board in 2021, she is Associate Director at JTC Group and has previously been responsible for the management of a Multi Family Office in the Principality of Monaco. Throughout her career Silvia has developed extensive experience in international corporate law, implementing cross-border instruments for multinational companies in multiple jurisdictions. She has previously worked in several financial centers including Luxembourg and Zürich.

Silvia holds a master’s degree in law and is an LL.M candidate at Berkeley School of Law & Tachnology, University of California.

Ms Silvia Andriotto meets the independence criteria listed in the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
